Password Hint

Please note, that if you have ever purchased any of our products, you already have an account. If you didn't create an account manually, it is created automatically for you after the order is processed. By default, the order reference number (also known as Purchase ID) is used as Login and customer's e-mail address is used as password. You can change these values at later time in the My Account section.

If you cannot remember account username or password, use the fields below to recover the lost data.

You can locate your account if you provide your correct login, company name, Purchase ID or e-mail. Please fill ONE of the following fields and click the corresponding "Send Hint" button. You will be sent an e-mail for each account that matches the details you enter. The original e-mail address registered with the account will be used to send notifications.

Please note, that we do not store plain-text passwords, so we cannot recover them. Instead, new password is generated for the located account and e-mailed to account's registered e-mail address. The user is suggested to change an auto-generated password as soon as possible for security reasons.
