Hex Editor Neo Ultimate for Students and Teachers

HHD Software Ltd. offers a free 1 year license for the Ultimate Edition of its award-winning Hex Editor Neo product for qualified students, faculty and staff of eligible educational institutions.

Who Qualifies

Educational License allows for use of the fully-functional version of the software for educational and teaching uses in classrooms; by professors, trainers, and students.

Terms and Conditions

You will comply with the Educational License Agreement, which will replace the default product's license agreement. Education versions of HHD Software products are available only to qualified educational customers and may not be distributed by the original licensee to any institution, organization or person that is not a qualified educational user. Hex Editor Neo is made available for free under this program only for use for learning purposes and not for production purposes by any person or organization. Proof of Eligibility

To receive the product, you must upload a valid proof of eligibility to get the license file to activate the product. Valid proof of eligibility includes:

1. your student ID showing current enrollment, or
2. your faculty ID showing current employment, or
3. your non-faculty employee ID showing current employment, or
4. a letter on an educational institution letterhead stating that you are either a current student, a current faculty member or a current non-faculty employee of the institution.

License Terms

• The software can be installed on any number of computers and used by any number of concurrent users in classes. Additionally, students can use the software for homework.
• A license is provided for a period of 1 year and allows for free upgrades to all new releases of the software within 1 year. License renewal is available on request.
• Use of the software is restricted to a licensed user with no right to transfer the software to third parties.
