This license applies to the registered version of the HHD Software product. If you are using an evaluation version of the product, see the section titled "Evaluation License" below. One registered copy of the software may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.

If you use this software after the evaluation period a registration fee is required. The software can be purchased on-line at http://www.hhdsoftware.com. Credit card ordering and quantity discounts are available, as described on-line. When payment is received you will be sent a registration information for purchased product.
Unregistered use of the product after the evaluation period is over is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.
The Software may be used by commercial users and may be used for commercial or production purposes.
You are considered as a commercial user if you are:

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which the software may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
Any use of the program which is illegal under international or local law is forbidden by this license. Any such action is the sole responsibility of the person committing the action.
Provided that you verify that you are distributing the evaluation version you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
A Time-Limited License allows the Licensee to use the Software for the period subscribed (three months, six months or one year). At the end of the subscription period the License granted under this Agreement will terminate, unless the subscription is renewed for a further period.
The subscription period effectively begins with issuing of the valid activation key.
Notwithstanding the above, this Agreement and the License granted hereunder will terminate automatically if Licensee fails to comply with the limitations described herein.
Upon termination, Licensee must destroy all copies of the Software.
A Time-Limited License allows the Licensee to use the Software for the period subscribed (three months, six months or one year)
As part of the Time-Limited License, all updates, upgrades, support for problem reporting and online access to product documentation to the Licensed Software will be provided to you at no additional cost during the intended period.
