This page lists additional services which are possible to order with HHD Software products.

Backup CD

You can also order a CD version of some downloadable software products. You can begin using the downloaded product right away. The CD will be delivered to you by postal mail in a few days. This CD will be produced specifically for you.

Your CD will be produced and mailed within 24 hours after payment has been received. Shipment by mail can take 5 to 10 business days within the EU and the USA and 10 to 25 business days to other countries/regions.

You can use this CD as a backup copy of your product, for example: If you were to lose the downloaded product for any reason, you could re-activate the full version of the product at any time using the CD and the license key.

The Backup CD option is always linked to the purchase of a downloadable product; if you remove the downloadable product from your shopping cart, its CD will also be removed.

Please note:

Goods that are exported to countries outside of the EU and the USA can be subject to customs fees. The recipients of these goods are responsible for any applicable customs fees and taxes. For more information, please contact the customs authority in your country.

Lifetime Upgrades

According to our upgrade policy all product bug fixes and minor upgrades (upgrades that do not change the major version number) are free for all customers. Major upgrades are available at special prices.

Our exclusive Lifetime Upgrade offer allows you to automatically receive ALL product upgrades for free.

Please note that purchasing product with Lifetime Upgrades is cheaper and much more advantageous than upgrading product at a later time.

If you want to automatically receive all future versions of the purchased product for free, just check the Lifetime Upgrade option for your product in the shopping cart. If you are satisfied with bug fixes and minor upgrades only, uncheck this box during the order process.
