END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This license applies to the registered version of the HHD Software product. If you are using an evaluation version of the product, see the section titled "Evaluation License" below. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by HHD Software your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

Registered Version

One registered copy of the software may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally and non-simultaneously on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.

EVALUATION LICENSE

The following license applies to the evaluation version of the product. If you have purchased a license for the registered version of the product, see the section "Registered Version" above. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by HHD Software your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

Evaluation and Registration

This is not a free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 14 days (subject to change, consult product page for most recent information). If you use this software after the evaluation period a registration fee is required. The software can be purchased on-line at http://www.hhdsoftware.com. Credit card ordering and quantity discounts are available, as described on-line. When payment is received you will be sent a registration information for purchased product.

Unregistered use of the product after the evaluation period is over is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

Commercial, Government or Military Use

The Software may be used by commercial, government or military users and may be used for commercial or production purposes.

You are considered as a commercial, government or military user if you are:

• using Product to gain direct or indirect, immediate or deferred monetary benefit for you or your company.
• using Product at any government or military organization.

Non-Commercial, Home or Educational Use

The Software must be used by non-commercial users only and must not be used to gain monetary profit.

You are considered as a non-commercial, home or educational user if you are:

• using Product for personal, research or non-profit use at home or academic institution.
• using Product at registered non-profit organization.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which the software may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

Any use of the program which is illegal under international or local law is forbidden by this license. Any such action is the sole responsibility of the person committing the action.

Distribution of Evaluation Version

Provided that you verify that you are distributing the evaluation version you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
