How can I get an invoice for my completed order?
We are using Avangate B.V. (www.avangate.com) e-commerce platform to process all orders for us.
To get invoice for your order you'll need to access Avangate myAccount at https://secure.avangate.com/myaccount/ (Please copy and paste the entire link into your browser, so you can avoid any possible inconsistencies).
Here you can look up your order history and get invoices for your orders (note that invoices are not available instantly, it may take up to 24 hours to be generated).
When you access Avangate myAccount for the first time, go to "Forgot your password?" link and enter your email address that you have used to order.
