I've recieved confirmation of my payment from Avangate, but still got no license files. What should I do?

  1. Check your junk e-mail folder for incoming messages from our server.
  2. Make sure your server/firewall/spam filter is configured to allow messages from our server, then request a Password Hint for e-mail address used in the ordering form.
  3. Log into the My Account » Products & Licenses and click on Download License… link.
